...turning the Warp off doesn't re-place the starter marker...
you have to do that manually by moving the starter marker, while warped.
Where the song starts is crucial; it's best that all of your songs start on the same part of a bar... usually at the beginning (a whole number).

yea...sorry my wording of my issue is upside-down!

i turn warp off to manuelly move the starter marker cuz its not warped right....i hav to move the starter marker onto the first beat...but then when i turn warp back on is my track gonna be all messed up i mean its still not gonna be warped proper - wat do i do? cuz there is different gaps at the beginning of the tracks i download!

        you are talking about djing??
don't turn off the warp mode, you can still move the start marker!!!
this will work when there is only few markers on the song.
if there is many( like on a organic music song) that will be more of a pain....
        good luck

Move any warp marker to the first downbeat, then right click on your marker and select "Set 1.1.1 here" and "Warp from here." This will re-warp the track at the correct timing and should correct the issue you're dealilng with. You can even drag your start point back to where you want to bring the track in too, and you'll know how many measures you have before the downbeat comes in. It's kinda nice like that.
