Anyone use this setup?

I'm having trouble setting up the Audio Outputs. I want to use the BCD 3000 to listen to the song mixing without it getting into the main mix, and I'm still not getting it to output the master mix in the master output, and send the queued music to my headphones. Anybody here have a solution to this?

I really like Live's ability to get all the tracks in perfect rhythm, but I'm really weary of those devious warp markers and time stretchers, so I just want to set the initial warp marker for the beginning of the song, trigger the songs at the beat and then mix by ear.
