Laura Escudé will be demonstrating and discussing the new features of Live 6
including Quick Time import and DAW multi-tracking along with showing several new
instrument devices and audio effects. The clinic will take the Live user through various
stages of music production from the creation process to mixing.

Laura Escudé is Ableton’s West Coast Product Specialist for North America and is an
accomplished violinist, composer and sound designer based in Los Angeles. Previously,
Escudé worked at M-Audio and was a professor of sound design, recording and production
for college curriculums in Florida and California. As a violinist, she has performed with
numerous orchestras across the U.S. and regularly records violin for film and television.
Escudé performs her original compositions in the Los Angeles area, utilizing her favorite
tools - Ableton Live along with a diverse array of MIDI controllers.
